This project was for a self-build client looking to add a two-story extension to the rear of their semi-detached home in Bude.

 

The oak-framed structure seamlessly connects the living and dining areas, creating a light-filled, open space that takes full advantage of the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

The extension was able to take advantage of the level change at the rear of the bungalow to provide additional en suite bedroom and utility.
