ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

Construction of five new houses in Stratton. Careful consideration was given to the design of this scheme to enhance the character and appearance of the conservation area. The site had been left to deteriorate over the years and needed improvement. The site has greatly benefited from this regenerative scheme from its former use.

The boundary wall of the buildings sits against the River Neet, the siting allows for gardens to the rear and sperate space for car parking, bin store and access.
