The Nook : located in Marhamchurch, Bude, Cornwall

Tucked away on the outskirts of the Village of Marhamchurch is this stunning completed, detached dwelling. The development forms a natural rounding off of the village and formed part of a development for two detached dwellings, with the first dwelling having already been completed, a link to which can be found here..

The Nook continues the high standard of construction and detailing found throughout the development and uses quality traditional materials. The dwelling is enhanced in architectural terms through well considered materials to break up the mass, with areas of cladding and rendered panels. A natural slate covered roof ensures the building enhances the rural setting.

R.A Rowe were commissioned to prepare the initial design solutions, prepared and monitored a detailed planning application and produced detailed drawings and details in respect of the construction stage.

​

The result is an extremely well presented pair of detached dwellings which have been designed and constructed to naturally blend with their surrounds, whilst being architecturally defined careful detailing and material selection.

The finished result is a real credit to the developer!
